Prepaid shipping labels are available through Potter & Sons.  An invoice will be sent before a label can be created.  You may also use your own preferred carrier at your expense. Please contact customerservice@potterandsons.com if you would like a return label. These are only available in the United States.

Please note that you have 30 days to return for refunds and 60 days for exchanges (from the date of purchase).  Any returns outside of these dates will not be refunded or exchanged.

Please be sure to package the merchandise so it will not be damaged in transit. Merchandise damaged in transit due to poor packaging will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense or disposed of without refund or exchange.

All returned merchandise must be unused, in re-sellable condition, and with all Potter & Sons and original manufacturer seals, tags, labels, packaging, accessories, etc. intact. Returns that are damaged or used will not be accepted.  Merchandise that is used, unsellable, or does not have all original tags, labels, seals, packaging, information cards, accessories, etc. will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense without refund or exchange.

You can expect your refund or exchange within 14 days of us receiving your package.  

Merchandise that is no longer eligible for return or exchange or that is not accepted will be held for thirty days pending customer instructions for return at the customer's expense. After thirty days they may be donated to a charity without refund or exchange.
